Qualifications

• Two years in customer service with data entry and 10-key experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail and document resolutions.
• Maintain Maui warehouse parts records and conduct monthly inventory audits.
• Support technicians and coordinate timely delivery of parts.
• Research and source special-order parts as needed.
• Coordinate service tickets and ensure accurate customer records.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and use Geotab to improve routes.
• Prepare shipments and track arrival/departure times.
