Long-Lewis Auto Group in Alabaster, AL seeks a Mobile Service Advisor to coordinate off-site service tasks and be the main liaison between customers and mobile technicians. You will schedule pickups/deliveries, relay repair needs clearly, and manage expectations to ensure a smooth, trusted customer experience when service is performed at client locations.

At Long-Lewis, the Mobile Service Advisor serves as the central communication hub between our customers and our mobile technicians—whether the vehicle is being serviced at the customer’s home, workplace, or another off-site location.
In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for all off-site automotive service and repair matters. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery, clearly communicating repair needs, and managing customer expectations throughout the process. You'll ensure that our customers are well-informed, comfortable, and confident in the services we provide.
