James Billboards is hiring a Territory Manager to take full ownership of a local market in Alabama. You’ll be in the field, building relationships, closing deals, and seeing your work live on billboards in daily view.

You’ll run your territory like your own business with support from operations, creative, and fulfillment teams, while earning an uncapped commission structure and a competitive OTE.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience (media or advertising a plus).
• Strong communicator who can pitch and close deals.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Organized and accountable with your pipeline.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising deals.
