This role requires seven years of commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of commercial insurance experience.
• Experience servicing and managing commercial small business accounts.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day operation of the Alabama Small Business Unit.
• Coordinate national and regional initiatives within Alabama.
• Coach and mentor team members on workflows, service standards, carrier relationships, and best practices.
• Facilitate regular statewide team meetings and ongoing communication.
• Serve as a liaison between Alabama operations and national SBU leadership.
• Review performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience, carrier engagement, and team performance.
• Manage marketing and servicing activities for an assigned book of SBU clients.
