Job summary

You will co-manage client relationships, coordinate carrier renewals, troubleshoot service items, and provide prompt, accurate support to customers, producers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of health insurance strategies and funding methods.
• Experience with stop-loss marketing and Rx programs.
• Familiarity with reference-based pricing and direct contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating strategies for clients' employee benefits programs.
• Co-manage the client service experience and build relationships with client teams.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day client and vendor service items.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, and staff.
• Assist with Marketing new business and summarize proposals to help define plan changes.
• Coordinate renewals or changes with carriers for current accounts.
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Improve insurance skills and knowledge by seeking out educational opportunities.
