Job summary

Signature Aviation plc is seeking an Airside Experience Leader in Anchorage, AK. You will guide a hospitality-focused team, oversee airside operations near active aircraft, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction are maintained.

The role is hands-on with leadership responsibilities and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will train staff, manage guest service issues, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver seamless experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent is required.
• Trained and signed off to perform specialty responsibilities (e.g., towing, deicing) as per base operations.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks and drug tests.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of Airside Experience Specialists and/or Associates and correct issues.
• Coordinate and supervise shift duties for on-shift staff.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff.
• Serve as a guest service expert and escalation point for inquiries.
• Ensure airside operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with SOPs.
