Job summary

Signature Aviation in Kenner, LA, is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver seamless, luxury guest service while performing aircraft ground services and operating ground support equipment.

You will work with a team to fuel, de-ice, power units, tow aircraft, and transport guests and cargo, ensuring safety, compliance, and an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate clearly to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to ensure service needs are met (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stair trucks, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo into/out of aircraft and guest transport modes.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
• Offer safe, convenient transportation when driving shuttle vehicle for guests and cargo.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and documentation.
• Follow safety, security, and guest service protocols; escalate unsafe conditions.
