Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver luxury guest service at our private aviation terminal. You will manage ground support tasks, assist guests and crew, and operate ground service equipment with safety and precision.

You’ll work outdoors around active aircraft, often nights and weekends, in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass airport and company background checks
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent vision and coordination for aircraft movement
• Valid state driver’s license (CDL may be required)
• Must exercise good judgment and follow directions
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation or customer service

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently following SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to ensure service needs are met (fueling, de-icing, power and water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and raise safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, power units, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo, and assist guests with transportation and guidance.
• Provide professional guest service, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
• Follow emergency procedures and enforce security protocols as required.
