Job summary

Signature Aviation in East Boston, MA is hiring an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless guest journey from wheels down to wheels up. You’ll blend hospitality with hands-on operational support in a dynamic, outdoor environment around aircraft.

You’ll operate ground service equipment, assist guests and crews, and ensure safety and security while upholding Signature’s service-first standards. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with a focus on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely per SOPs and communicate effectively to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with guests, crews, vendors and aircraft to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, GPUs, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Provide safe shuttle transportation for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and documentation.
• Comply with safety and security protocols and escalate unsafe conditions.
• Record time worked and services performed.
