Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven guest experience at our private aviation terminal in Manchester, NH. You will blend exceptional service with hands-on operational support for guests, crew, and aircraft, from wheels down to wheels up.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, with safety-first, outdoor work around active aircraft in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• Excellent vision and coordination to move/direct aircraft and inspect fuel.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL if required locally.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors and crew to meet service needs.
• Identify open tasks for arriving/departing aircraft and raise safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, ground power units, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo and assist guest transportation.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Drive shuttle vehicle to transport guests and cargo safely.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; fuel handling and records.
• Follow safety, operational, and guest-service requirements; stop unsafe work.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols as dictated by Signature and airport.
