Signature Aviation in Orlando is seeking an Airside Experience Associate to deliver safe, efficient ground service near aircraft and equipment. You will handle baggage and freight, monitor access points, and support aircraft with essential ramp activities to ensure a seamless guest journey.

The role requires flexibility for nights, holidays, and weekends, a hospitality mindset, and strict adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must follow directions and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, freight, and cargo and transfer packages between planes or other modes.
• Operate ground service equipment such as tugs, trucks, conveyors and other freight handling equipment.
• Perform identification checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors and vendors per security procedures.
• Monitor facilities including street side, parking lots, terminal, hangars and AOA.
• Assist Airside Experience Specialists to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience and support services.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report concerns to management.
• Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations.
• Create accurate records of time worked and activities performed.
