Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience while supporting ground operations on the airside. You will engage guests, crew and aircraft with a service-first mindset, operating equipment and coordinating tasks in outdoor, weather-affected environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure airside operations are safe and efficient per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, tugs, etc.).
• Provide professional guest service and safe, courteous transportation.
• Fuel handling, inventory, and documentation.
