Job summary

Signature Aviation in Colorado is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to provide exceptional guest-focused service on the airfield. You will safely perform ground services, operate equipment, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations from wheels down to wheels up.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with outdoor work around active aircrafts and variable weather. A strong hospitality mindset and safety-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old and able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel and to operate motor vehicles and ground support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, GPU, water, parking, towing, etc.).
• Proactively identify safety concerns and communicate with stakeholders.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles or PAT.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation in shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean state.
• Fuel handling, inventory, and related documentation.
• Adhere to security protocols and create records of time and activities.
