Job summary

Menzies Aviation at CVG Airport is seeking a wheelchair assistant to support passengers needing mobility help. You will help push wheelchairs, navigate jet bridges, and ensure safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced terminal environment.

The role requires strong communication, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, 18+ with US work eligibility, and the ability to obtain an airport badge. Training is provided and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to obtain an airport badge.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass criminal background check and a drug screen.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates.
• Roll passenger-occupied wheelchair safely down the jet bridge.
• Ensure wheel brakes are in place prior to allowing passengers to exit the wheelchair.
• Complete any necessary wheelchair or incident reports.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude and assist passengers with any problems.
• Maintain professional working relationships with staff, supervisors, managers, airline employees and airport authorities.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
