Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Able to hear and respond to alarms in terminal environment.
• Lift up to 70lbs.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to obtain an airport badge.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Must pass criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates.
• Roll passenger wheelchair down the jet bridge safely.
• Ensure wheel brakes are in place before exiting passenger.
• Complete any necessary wheelchair or incident reports.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude and assist passengers with problems, questions, or concerns.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, airline staff, and airport authorities.
• Exceed customer service standards.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
