Job summary

Concessions International seeks an experienced restaurant operations leader to oversee day-to-day performance, costs, labor, inventory, and quality across the unit. You will lead Assistant Managers and staff, review P&L results, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.

You will oversee training, recruitment, and employee relations while delivering superior guest service in a fast-paced airport environment, coordinating with maintenance and airport requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in restaurant management.
• Ability to analyze P&L and sales reports and take action.
• Strong interpersonal skills and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day unit performance, cost, revenue, labor, inventory and quality.
• Supervise Assistant Managers and staff, ensuring proper staffing and operations.
• Review P&L statements and operating data, providing analysis to leadership.
• Maintain quality control records, QA, loss prevention, and cleaning programs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, brand concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, promotion and associate status changes.
• Foster effective communication and positive relations, including performance reviews and discipline.
• Train and develop staff to deliver superior guest service.
• Operate the unit in compliance with airport requirements and volume considerations.
• Coordinate with maintenance to inspect and replace equipment when needed.
• Uphold safe food handling and workplace safety standards.
