Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken at Dulles International Airport is seeking a Unit Manager to lead daily operations, oversee profit and loss, and manage a loyal staff dedicated to delivering superior guest experiences.

The role requires a hospitality-focused education or culinary background, plus 3–5 years in restaurant management and the ability to obtain ServSafe certification. You will drive standards, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced airport environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, or culinary institute graduation, or 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Knowledge of food/beverage-based business model; ability to analyze P&L and sales reports; motivate and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day unit operations including cost, revenue, labor, and inventory control.
• Supervises Assistant Managers and associates; ensures proper staffing and opening readiness.
• Reviews unit P&L and reports; provides analysis to management.
• Maintains quality control records, QA programs, and loss prevention policies.
• Ensures compliance with company, brand, and regulatory standards.
