Job summary

Half Moon Empanadas is seeking a Store Manager for the Reagan National Airport location in Arlington, VA. This full-time, salaried role leads a fast-paced team, drives guest satisfaction, and manages budgets, inventory, and payroll to achieve revenue goals.

You will develop staff, schedule effectively, and uphold food safety and quality standards while promoting brand growth and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food-service, restaurant or retail experience, including supervising a team.
• Strong business math: percentages, budgets and P&L statements.
• Clear communication in English, spoken and written; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach and develop team members and Team Leads to ensure smooth shifts.
• Build schedules and assign tasks; adjust to business needs.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and monthly team meetings; recognize wins and drive improvements.
• Manage food, beverage and labor costs to meet budget and revenue targets.
• Read budgets and P&L statements; set par levels based on business needs.
