WHSmith North America is seeking a Starbucks Store Manager at Dulles International Airport to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment. You will drive sales, uphold brand and quality standards, and foster an inclusive culture for customers and partners.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, weekend availability, and the ability to manage priorities in an airport environment while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport retail environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when processing transactions.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical retail activities, including standing, walking, bending, lifting to 50 pounds.
• Must meet credentialing, screening and security requirements for the location.

Responsabilités

• Create and sustain a welcoming store environment by modeling customer connection, beverage quality, speed of service, accuracy, and care in every interaction.
• Lead partners by example in delivering warm, personalized, and efficient service that reflects Starbucks standards and customer expectations.
• Coach partners to anticipate customer needs, support product recommendations, resolve concerns appropriately, and create positive customer moments.
• Promote an inclusive, respectful store culture that strengthens partner engagement and customer loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, food, merchandise, promotions, and core routines to support education and service execution.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to support guest experience and store reputation.
• Drive store performance by linking business priorities to daily routines, scheduling, and profitability goals.
• Set expectations for engagement, upselling opportunities, and product promotions.
• Review sales trends, labor, inventory, waste, and controllable costs to improve store results.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink, waste, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
