Master Concessionair, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Ronald Reagan International Airport to support the Manager in daily restaurant operations. This role includes overseeing BOH/FOH staffing, training, and ensuring high standards of food quality, sanitation, and customer service.

You will help manage revenues, cash handling, and scheduling while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The position requires leadership, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and impact on business results.
• Experience in guest relations, negotiations, and complaint handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to service of customers, staff, co-workers, and management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MCA/Brand operating procedures and ensure adherence by all staff.
• Attend and contribute to management meetings.
• Lead pre/post-shift meetings and post staff communications.
• Ensure duties and assignments are completed timely.
• Record deliveries; reconcile inventories with POs.
• Maintain stock of food/beverages; ensure proper temperatures.
• Complete daily reporting of MCA/Brand procedures.
• Suggest strategies to increase revenue and manage cash handling.
• Balance cash items and prepare end-of-night reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, market, and bar.
