Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ground operations and ensuring safety compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and customer requirements.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external authorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve overall station operations to support all business units.
• Ensure safety regulations and requirements for station, aircraft, facilities and personnel.
• Oversee terminal operations, aircraft movement, and cargo handling per policies and regulations.
• Interact with customers and vendors to ensure proper training and contacts for issues.
• Monitor station contracts and service level agreements with vendors.
• Meet with customers and vendors regularly to discuss issues and scope and resolve problems.
