SP Plus Corporation (Bags, a Metropolis company) seeks a Skycap to work at Reno airport, handling curbside bag checks, boarding passes, and baggage fees for departing passengers. This outdoor role requires readiness for early shifts and weekend/holiday work.

Strict adherence to TSA standards, safety training, and a high level of customer service are essential in a fast-paced environment on airport property.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferable.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in of luggage.
• Input guest information and process bag checks and payments.
• Weigh and tag luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a high volume outdoor setting.
• Follow TSA and safety procedures and complete required training.
