SSP America is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Pittsburgh Airport to greet guests courteously and run shifts per SSP standards. The role includes training new hires, completing opening, ongoing, and closing checklists, and providing coaching and direction to the team to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year in the food & beverage industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a 10-Year TSA background check; prior full or quick service

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Proven ability to resolve uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
