Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is hiring a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations, ensuring guest experiences, quality, and timely service.

Open availability across 8-hour shifts, including weekends; benefits include health/dental/vision after waiting periods, and ongoing training. Requires high school diploma and 1+ year restaurant experience; ServeSafe is a plus. Airport environment familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience.
• ServeSafe Certified a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and courteous, friendly, prompt service.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and service flow.
• Maintain professional, positive atmosphere to support morale.
• Ensure clear communication with management and staff using the 7Shifts Log.
• Keep restaurant clean, stocked, organized, and sanitized.
• Assist in training and developing team members on station processes.
• Support shifts to meet company and brand standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures and monitor for errors/theft.
• Complete daily admin paperwork and logs as required.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support new programs and policies introduced by the GM.
• Assist GM in inventory control and ordering under GM direction.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
