Envoy Air Inc. in Traverse City, MI, seeks Station Agent Supervisors to coordinate daily station operations, lead teams, and ensure on-time performance for customers of the American Airlines network.

You’ll schedule personnel, manage training, and resolve operational and service issues while adhering to safety and uniform policies. The role includes a background check and potential security clearances as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license; some license restrictions may apply.
• Must carry, lift, and turn with bags up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manage scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct Agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
