Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking Station Operations Supervisors to coordinate daily activities, lead Agents/Clerks, and ensure safe, on-time departures for the American Airlines network.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and resolving operational issues while maintaining records. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work rotating shifts, and have strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage; schedule and manage manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation; conduct Agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues; adhere to uniform policy.
• Create a positive start to a passenger’s trip with seamless check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
• Inform passengers about their trips and belongings; guide aircraft to gate safely and on-time.
