Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience.

• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team including cleaners and leads.
• Oversee staff training and records; ensure safety requirements are met.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and address responsibilities.
• Maintain clear communication with Directors, Station Management, Client Management, and Corporate Staff.
• Monitor productivity and scheduling; ensure records are up-to-date.
• Adhere to budget constraints and utilize financial reports.
