Job summary

JSX is hiring an Airport Service Concierge to welcome customers, guide them through check-in, security, and boarding, and maintain a clean lounge. You will rotate through duties to keep days dynamic and rewarding, with a focus on punctuality, professionalism, and service.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, ability to lift 75+ pounds, and flexible shifts. At least 2 years in customer service and aviation exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens only per federal regulations.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Able to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends.
• Background checks and eligibility screenings required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience; aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in: greet customers, assist with check-in, verify IDs, print boarding passes.
• Boarding: lead boarding process, announce, verify IDs.
• Security: operate screening system, inspect baggage for safety.
• GSC: act as communications hub between ground team and flight crew.
• Valet duties when scheduled: park and retrieve customer vehicles.
