Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airport Service Concierge to greet Customers, guide them through check-in, security, and boarding, while maintaining a welcoming lounge environment. The role involves rotating through Check-in, Boarding, Security Support, and Ground Security Coordinator duties, with emphasis on punctuality, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with check-in and IDs, announcements during boarding, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• DOT/FAA drug and alcohol screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and be the first point of contact upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in, verify IDs, and print boarding passes.
• Guide guests through security and boarding, maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Rotate through roles (Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Support, GSC).
• Assist with valet services when scheduled; restock amenities and snacks.
