Job summary

JSX Airport Service Concierge is the welcoming face for Customers from arrival to departure, guiding through check-in, security, and boarding, while keeping the lounge stocked and inviting. You’ll rotate through roles each shift—Check-in, Boarding, Security Support, and Ground Security Coordinator—delivering punctual, professional service and a smooth travel experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds.
Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings per DOT/FAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Be the friendly face welcoming Customers; assist with check-in and boarding and screen luggage for hazards.
Guide Guests through check-in, security, and boarding while keeping the lounge clean and stocked.
Operate security screening support tools and assist with safety compliance as needed.
Serve as the Ground Security Coordinator: communicate with crew and restock onboard snacks and amenities.
Maintain a pristine lounge and assist with valet duties when scheduled.
