Job summary

Culmen International, LLC seeks an Airport Screening Operations Manager to lead day-to-day passenger and baggage screening across a 24/7 airport operation. Reporting to the Task Order Project Manager, you will supervise STSOs and supervisors, optimize staffing, and ensure TSA compliance and throughput targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive aviation security and operations management experience, strong scheduling, and stakeholder-management skills to drive continuous improvement and maintain

Qualifications

Five or more years of aviation security or airport operations leadership experience.
Experience supervising large, shift-based workforces.
Experience in regulated security environments and TSA-based operations.

Responsibilities

Direct daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening operations.
Develop and adjust operational schedules based on volumes and staffing.
Monitor throughput, wait times, staffing utilization, and performance.
Coordinate with TSA and airport stakeholders on daily requirements.
Drive continuous improvement using operational data.
