Job summary

Culmen International is seeking an experienced Airport Screening Operations Manager to lead TSA SPP screening operations at multiple U.S. airports, including Dallas.

You will oversee daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening, ensure staffing, TSA compliance, and throughput performance in a 24/7 environment. Reporting to the Task Order PM, you will develop schedules, supervise supervisors, monitor wait times, coordinate with TSA and airport stakeholders, implement procedures, and drive

Qualifications

• Five or more years of aviation security or airport operations management experience.
• Experience supervising large, shift-based workforces and managing staffing.
• Strong scheduling, deployment, and performance management skills.
• Experience in a regulated security environment and TSA-related workflows.
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• U.S. Citizen or National and able to meet TSA suitability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily passenger checkpoint and checked-baggage screening operations.
• Manage STSOs and other supervisors and maintain coverage across shifts.
• Develop and adjust schedules based on passenger volumes and staffing constraints.
• Monitor wait times, throughput, staffing utilization, and security effectiveness.
• Coordinate with TSA/FSD personnel and airport stakeholders daily.
• Implement TSA screening procedures and directives as directed.
• Identify risks and performance gaps; implement corrective actions.
• Support incident response, surge staffing, and contingency operations.
• Develop frontline supervisors and reinforce accountability and customer service.
• Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
