Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is seeking an experienced Airport Screening Operations Manager to lead day-to-day passenger and baggage screening operations across anticipated TSA SPP Task Orders nationwide. Reporting to the Task Order Project Manager, you will direct daily checkpoint operations and supervise supervisors to ensure staffing, TSA compliance, passenger throughput, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible aviation security or airport operations experience.
• Experience supervising large, shift-based workforces.
• Strong scheduling, deployment, and performance management skills.
• Experience operating in a regulated security environment.
• Strong decision-making and communication with stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizen/National and able to satisfy TSA suitability requirements.
• Ability to work onsite and support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening operations.
• Supervise STSOs and other supervisors and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Develop and adjust operational schedules based on volumes and flight schedules.
• Monitor wait times, throughput, staffing utilization, and performance.
• Coordinate with TSA/FSD and airport stakeholders on daily needs.
• Implement TSA screening procedures and directives.
• Identify risks and performance gaps; implement corrective actions.
• Develop frontline supervisors and reinforce accountability and customer service.
• Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
