Job summary

Culmen International, LLC seeks an Airport Screening Operations Manager to lead daily passenger and baggage screening operations at multiple locations in the United States. You will report to the Task Order Project Manager and oversee staffing, TSA compliance, throughput, and overall performance.

Responsibilities include directing checkpoint operations, supervising supervisors, scheduling, and coordinating with TSA and airport stakeholders to implement procedures and improvements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of aviation security or airport operations management experience.
• Experience supervising large, shift-based workforces.
• Ability to work onsite and support a 24/7 airport operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily passenger checkpoint and checked-baggage screening operations.
• Manage STSOs and other supervisors and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Develop schedules based on passenger volumes and staffing needs.
• Monitor throughput, wait times, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with TSA/FSD and airport stakeholders on daily requirements.
• Implement TSA screening procedures and address operational gaps.
• Support incident response, surge staffing, and contingency plans.
• Develop frontline supervisors and reinforce accountability and service.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement.
