Hudson Group at Boston Logan International Airport is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist in daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage shifts, and ensure accurate cash handling in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

The role involves full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, with early morning to late-night shifts. Candidate should have prior supervisory retail experience and strong leadership skills in a multi-unit

Qualifications

• One or more years as a supervisor in a retail setting.
• Experience overseeing a multi-unit retail operation.
• Ability to manage and plan daily activities with supervisors and department managers.
• Vehicle transportation preferred due to hours of operation and limited public transportation accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Operations Managers in daily operations.
• Provide staff training and coaching daily.
• Open/close store and manage shift changes.
• Ensure cash handling including end-of-shift reconciliations and deposits.
• Maintain product stock, replenishment, and rotation on the sales floor.
• Enforce housekeeping standards and loss prevention policies.
• Greet customers promptly and ensure a positive shopping experience.
