Job summary

HMSHost is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support branch management in fast-paced QSR casual dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, is clean, staffed, and adheres to high standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, interviewing candidates, and monitoring financial and operational reports. You will enforce health, safety, and AB policies and maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 6 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
• Requires a minimum of 4 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; converse comfortably with customers

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of restaurant associates.
• Interviews candidates and participates in hiring decisions.
• Monitors financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Ensures health and safety policies and AB procedures are followed.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
