Henry's Tavern at Portland International Airport (PDX) is seeking an energetic and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role focuses on developing teams, driving results, and creating memorable guest experiences for travelers.

The candidate will manage scheduling, training, and cost controls while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years General Manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of front and back‑of‑house operations, cost and labor systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a professional work history.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, and labor.
• Complete invoices, reporting and payroll-related duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and planning to ensure high-quality food and service.
