Job summary

High Flying Foods is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to lead Gott's Roadside operations inside SFO. This hands-on leadership role requires managing high-volume service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding standards across food quality, service, and safety.

You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, recruit and mentor staff, and drive performance through staffing, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in high-volume setting (QSR/fast casual or full-service).
• Proven success leading teams of 10+ employees with measurable guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, food quality, guest service, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, providing leadership and fostering collaboration.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance and service excellence.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, working with management to implement solutions.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
