Job summary

Amoura Hospitality Group seeks a General Manager for Amoura:Fresh Mediterranean at San Francisco International Airport. Run a fast-paced, high-volume airport operation with a focus on guest experience, food quality, and financial performance.

Lead hiring, scheduling, training, and a strong team to deliver exceptional service to travelers daily. You will drive sales, manage labor and costs, and ensure health, safety, and union standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a high-volume quick-serve or fast-casual operation.
• Strong P&L skills with a track record of hitting cost and sales goals.
• Proficiency with Toast POS (or comparable restaurant POS).
• People-first leadership; union experience a plus.
• ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Ability to pass an SFO security badge background check.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations, guest experience, food quality, speed, and financial performance.
• Build, coach, and retain a strong team; lead hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Drive sales and manage labor, food cost, and inventory to hit targets.
• Keep the line moving and throughput high during peak travel rushes.
• Manage the Toast POS system, including updates, reporting, and daily reconciliation.
• Keep us audit-ready on health, safety, airport, and union standards.
• Partner with Amoura leadership on menu launches, promotions, and growth.
• Be the face of the restaurant to guests, airport partners, and vendors.
