Job summary

SSP America, stationed at San Jose Mineta International Airport, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume environment. You’ll supervise front and back of house, ensure quality and safety, and drive cost control while developing a skilled team.

Two years of full-service restaurant management are required; Spanish bilingualism is highly desired. Strong MS Office and POS proficiency, plus a HS diploma or equivalent, are expected as a baseline for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management in a full-service setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems; strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desired; effective communication with diverse teams.
