Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant and customer service activities and supervise team performance
• Lead and develop team, recruit and train, set daily goals and tasks
• Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards
• Maintain merchandising, displays and signing standards; monitor inventory
• Handle office tasks including receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems to management
