Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences at our Pittsburgh locations. You will train and motivate staff, uphold brand hospitality, and drive coaching and excellence across the team.

You’ll develop local community engagement plans, promote the Shack brand, and ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards, while adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, health codes, and sanitation.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
