Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff management, budgeting, and strategy to grow revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure health and safety compliance, and partner with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of quality and service. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality.
• Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Ensure health/safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Review P&L with Director of Operations and act on variances.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service excellence.
• Maintain financial records including budgets and payroll.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure quality food and smooth ops.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operable.
