Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Restaurant, Bars, and Room Service operations. This role blends hospitality leadership with business acumen to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve financial targets.

You will guide a diverse team, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and craft promotions that grow our local market. A four-year degree and four years in a similar role, plus Food Safety certification, are preferred; English fluency

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in hospitality.
• At least four years in a similar role in food & beverage operations.
• Certifications in Food Safety are preferred.
• Strong command of English, written and verbal; second language is a bonus.
