Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front office and maintenance to keep operations smooth and guests happy.
• Develop and refine housekeeping procedures to meet Hilton standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and supply orders with an eye for efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure every detail sparkles.
• Champion teamwork, motivation, and pride in the role.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and Hilton policies at all times.
• Track performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.
