Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Mobile Airport is hiring a Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental return process. You will greet customers, help with belongings, and ensure quick transactions while maintaining a safe, organized lot.

Qualified candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the US, with a HS diploma, at least 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, clean driving record and no recent DUI/DWI.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service, retail, or admin support experience.
• Current valid driver's license with <=2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and process them in Lost & Found.
• Advise on rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain a courteous, professional interaction and thank customers.
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage and route to the appropriate desk.
• Ensure vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas when applicable.
• Keep the lot organized to optimize access and traffic flow.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Return Agent. The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

This position pays $14.00 / hour and is located at the Mobile Airport (MOB) - 8400 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608.

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• Wednesday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• Saturday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• Sunday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings
• Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
