National Car Rental at Dallas Love Field Airport is seeking an Exit Booth Agent to greet customers and manage Emerald Aisle transactions with efficiency and courtesy.

Responsibilities include preparing rental documents, verifying vehicle information, assisting Emerald Aisle members, and maintaining a clean, stocked exit booth. Schedule includes weekends and weekdays with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work weekends, nights and holidays per shift bid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Provide Emerald Aisle member options and refueling services.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding area for a neat, orderly image.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank them at the end of transactions.
• Assist customers with directions and local area information; resolve service issues as needed.
• Perform additional duties to maintain service levels.
