National Car Rental is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at Kansas City International Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental process. You will greet members, help select vehicles through the Emerald Aisle, and ensure quick, smooth transactions in a busy airport setting.

The position offers $16 per hour with bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Located at 648 N.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or admin support.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and car control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain Exit Booth appearance and orderly image.
• Keep Exit Booth stocked with necessary supplies and keep areas tidy.
• Greet customers and provide undivided attention during transactions.
• Thank customers at the end of each interaction.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information; resolve issues as needed.
• Perform other customer service duties to meet service levels.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
