Job summary

National Car Rental in Portland is hiring an Exit Booth Agent to provide friendly, efficient service during the rental process. You will greet customers, assist Emerald Aisle members, and ensure quick and accurate transactions at the exit booth.

This position starts at $19 per hour and is located at 7240 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218. Available schedules include Sat-Wed 9am-5:30pm and Tue-Sat 10am-6:30pm, with benefits such as paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Assist Emerald Aisle members with refueling option and service.
• Maintain neat, orderly appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding area.
• Stock Exit Booth with supplies and greet customers to ensure efficient service.
