Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Customer Experience Representative at the Appleton Airport. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and offer optional protection products and upgrades to create a positive rental experience.

This role requires strong customer service skills, 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver's license. We offer benefits and a variety of schedules, including evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer additional services and upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.
